1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the site opsadvisor.info and related services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

Services means consulting for standard procedures, performance indicators setup, and operational improvements.

Information Products means digital materials such as guides, templates, and training modules.

Goods means physical items offered through the site.

3. Services

opsadvisor provides operations consulting including procedure design, performance indicator configuration, and efficiency fixes.

Scheduling and Rescheduling: Clients may request a new date at least seven days prior to the start. opsadvisor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

Fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are listed on the site. Full payment is due according to the invoice terms. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. Late fees may apply to overdue balances.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled service no later than seven days before commencement for a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made within seven days will incur twenty percent of the service fee as a cancellation charge; the remaining amount will be refunded. In cases where opsadvisor must cancel or adjust a service date, clients may choose an alternative date or request a refund.

5.2 Information Products

Due to the nature of digital materials, all sales of Information Products are final. If digital items are defective or inaccessible, clients may contact opsadvisor within three days of purchase for a replacement file or a prorated refund based on the portion of materials affected.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within fourteen days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the site are owned by opsadvisor. Clients receive a limited, nontransferable license for internal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services and materials are provided "as is." In no event will opsadvisor’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to liability in the prior six months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
